In 5 Easy Steps

Step 1

Place one of the shin guards on a clean, smooth surface (such as paper or baking paper).

Step 2

Use a hair dryer to apply heat for 3 minutes. Allow a brief 10 – 15 second cool down period.

Step 3

Gently position the shin guard directly onto your skin, using pressure to shape it according to your desired form. Cling film can be used if needed.

Step 4

After approximately 3 minutes, the pad will solidify, permanently adopting the exact shape of your shin and muscles.

Step 5

Repeat the process with the second shin guard to ensure a complete and precise fit.
