This is a legal document binding you, the customer (that may be referred to as “you”, “your” or otherwise, the “customer” all over our documents) and us.

These terms will apply to all transactions on this website, either you are buying a single deal, buying in bulk, buying to resell or you are buying on behalf of someone/organisation.

It is the customer’s duty to carefully read through our Terms and Conditions before placing an order. You should read our Terms and Conditions each time you place an order through our, because our Terms and Conditions are constantly being reviewed and updated. It is possible your order will be placed directly from the manufacturer, otherwise through accredited UK distributors.

  1. Prices and Payment

We guarantee our prices will always be the lowest and that is why we have set up a price guarantee for our valued customers.

We offer free delivery on some of our deals. When delivery is not free, the delivery cost will be separate from the product cost and will consequently reflect in the sum total.

All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and includes the current rate of Value Added Tax.

We do not accept cash or cheque on delivery.

  1. Delivery

We can deliver anywhere within mainland Britain and Northern Ireland.

We will notify you of the delivery date when your order has been successfully processed. We may call you or send you an email or SMS to inform you of your delivery date.

Delivery will normally take between 1-100 working days after the deal has ended, however if there is a change in plans or logistics, we will let you know in advance by email, phone or SMS.

Deliveries are booked on the basis that there is reasonable access for the safe delivery of your order.

Orders will be delivered to specified premises. We will not deliver to your premises unless there is an adult there to sign for it. The signature confirms that the order(s) have been received.

Delivery does not include installation, unless otherwise specified on the website.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all manufacturer guidelines are complied with in the siting and use of the products.

We reserve the right to charge additional redelivery fee if we miss you the first time and need to redeliver on a different date.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure product is inspected upon delivery and refused if any damage is found. Failure to notify us of any visible damage may result in claims being refused. 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that you or the person you have nominated to receive the delivery have signed for the actual goods and correct number of goods.

Customer must not use a product that is incorrect or different to that which was ordered. Failure to comply with this will deem that you have accepted the goods and the chance to exchange this product will be withdrawn.

  1. Changing Your Mind

We will provide you a full refund excluding delivery cost, if you (the customer) change your mind about the good(s) you have received within 1 days. On this basis we will only be able to issue a refund when the item is in original condition i.e. boxed, unopened and unused. 

Not all products qualify for a return/exchange/refund, in this likely event you will be informed in the product terms and conditions. 

We are unable to offer replacement on some of our products. These includes: DVDs, CDs, software CDs, computer games, console games, memory cards, and personal hygiene products.

  1. Faulty Items

All goods are covered by manufacturer’s warranty against faulty workmanship and materials. This is subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty.

If your product does not work or appear not to be working as specified, please first check the manufacturer’s manual and guidelines to ensure that everything has been done appropriately.

If an exchange or replacement is necessary, please notify us within 7 days from the day the product was delivered. Note, a refund, exchange or replacement is only acceptable within 7 days from the day the good(s) was delivered.

It is the customer's responsibility to refer to the manufacturer’s operating manual, care manual, maintenance manual.

  1. Personal Data

We take privacy issues very seriously and we understand customer privacy is very important. www.hf2u.co.uk will always comply with the Data Protection Act 1998.

It is the customer's responsibility to read our Privacy Policy as this details exactly how we look after customer personal data. 

  1. Liability 

The products sold on www.hf2u.co.uk  have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation, we however cannot guarantee or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the UK.

www.hf2u.co.uk will not and cannot accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect losses.

We exclude all other warranties, either expressed or implied to the extent permissible by law.

This legally binding document is between the customer and us. Apart from the two involving parties, no one else has the right to enforce the terms of this agreement.

The products sold on www.hf2u.co.uk are intended for conventional domestic use by the customer and deem appropriate for resale.

This agreement is covered by the UK law. It is unanticipated that we find ourselves in court against our customers. However in the likely event of any court hearing, we have both agreed that the hearing will only take place in English Court.

14. HF Sportswear

Please note that customised player/personalised HF jerseys and shorts can only be refunded if the item is damaged/faulty and reported within 48 hours of receipt.

(a.) Customised HF jerseys with personalised names cannot be refunded or exchanged and are not covered by our Retail's returns policy.

(b.) Customised HF jerseys with player names cannot be refunded or exchanged and are not covered by our Retail's returns policy.

(c.) Customised HF shorts with short numbers cannot be refunded or exchanged and are not covered by our Retail's returns policy.

(d.) Customised HF jerseys with patches cannot be refunded or exchanged and are not covered by our Retail's returns policy.

(e.) Squad numbers are correct at time of publishing: HF holds no responsibility for subsequent changes to squad numbers or if a player is transferred.

(f.) The visualisation on the mock ups is a guide and is not a 100% accurate representation of how the name and number will fit on the shirt. This is a guide to show the style of printing
